The other day I had a telephone call coming from California and I actually answer the call and it was from some Gadget company selling GPS devices to the public all over the states and other country as well.

The person on the other end of the line call me by my first name and introduce himself to me and then starting by saying that I had been look to start an internet business an that they had the perfect business for me, he then continued by describing a little bit about what was involve in this business Call GPS tracking device that was the size of about a cell phone that can easily be install into any Vehicles like cars, companies pick up or vans that are use for services like Oil Burner and Air Conditioners Technicians that are on the road constantly and the list goes on.

Well he gave an example like placing into family cars and that when the kids use the car to go somewhere that weren’t suppose to go from what they told their Parents and that that the device can tell the location that the car is at or had been could be found anywhere no matter what which it could very well be an Handy tool if there was some kind of Emergency that could suddenly occurred with happen all the time anyway.

But he kind of focus his pitch on kind of following every moves that the kids makes and I really do not agree to that and as I told him you need to have Trust in kids activities and that they are young just like I was once and you want a little freedom and if a kid is well raise, you really should not worry of that much in which there is absolutely nothing you can do if the kids have there mine already set up or plan to do on a certain night and the bad things could happen right next door to your home and you would either know or not know anything about the event that was plan.

 

So where I am getting at with this is that the party will go on no matter what and that the Gadget tracking device will be of no use if this is happening next door but I agree that this would be something great for business that have lot of vehicle on the road and that the delivery boy or technician jot was schedules to a certain town and realize that on every call that it is found in another place without reason to being there and that could be costly for the company but that is also a matter of trust towards the employees.

Sorry her so far there not much on attitude but a lot on Trust which is very important in daily live and is of nature beings. Anyway he then went on by the were looking for distributors into different state that would be interested in introducing the Tracking Device in the major cities and my area to anyone that would feel safer and enjoy having that kind of device with would probably be a great business to be in. He then started talking about financial status, Personal really How do I stand with my credit history and if I had credit card to but that system with everything that was included ect. And then send me to a website to watch a short video explaining on how the Device Work and How and Where it is install in your car and then after the presentation he then switch me to a Higher Honcho that knew it all and could make a better deal for me to get this business on the road.

So there came Mr. Honcho with a heavy and strong voice and he introduce himself to me which I do not recall his name and I do not really care anyway. So here is the One with a terrible Attitude Problem and if it was me running that type of business and Paying someone to Recruit new Distributor for such a Service he would have been gone on his first Attempt but I believe that he is the Owner and thing that if he Yells and Tell anyone that want to ask Questions about the Product and that every answer that come out of His Mouth is of a disrespect and Treating those people as stupid because they are trying to figure out How to go about such a business and How to Finance it well I do not believe this he is going to go far from his Recruiting Business.

I can say that my questions were not answered since the Honcho always cut me off and just try to push me to take the deal and go ahead give me you Informations what is you mailing address, credit card number and so on. So I said listen out loud you are not just listening at any word of what I want to know about the whole thing here and then you got the nerves to Ask for my personal information.

 

Oh He say’s is the Money a problem and why to you have to consult with you wife all kind of craps and I answer yes I need time to thing about how I am going to Finance this system and Yes I need to consult with my wife even after all I had told Him about not having work for over a year with no money coming in on my part He just did not hear anything so this was the case of Mr. Honcho, him and himself period.

He still kept Pushing it by dropping the Initial fees so that I’d go for it that I would make up a decision and not have a chance to take to my wife. What I am saying here is that this Guy was not happy to hear any question that I had which I was ask if I had any question but I guest He did not have the Answers for them and all He had in mine was just to make a quick Buck and not being a friendly Business Man and with that type of doing business and Terrible Attitude I do not believe that he will go for in is Endowers but not matter what I Wish Him Good Luck.

After all this he again said is Money really a Problem still and I said Of course it is and then Bam he hung up on me what an ax whlo. You see before the hang up on me and when I had told I Wanted to discuss this with my wife, he then finally ask me when could He get back in touch with me after I talk with my wife and that would be the following day at a certain time which I had agreed then no matter what to give a definite answer on the Deal but he actually made the decision very easy for me and that is when he Hung the Phone up on Me. Would you believe that the following day there was a call from that Guy my God I would never had the nerves calling someone back up if I had Hung up on Him. I guest you could call that one Persistence but to me this is not the right way to be persistent.

 

Oh yes I answer the call and I knew it was Him Calling according to the caller ID. Hello I said, How are you this Morning he says and it was Afternoon for me Eastern Time I said Great I am having a Wonderful day, good he says and went on and said did you talk to you wife and I said no Oh My God there He goes again “you People are All the Same…………………and the rest is Blank because I Yes I Hung up on Him this Time Around as the saying goes what goes around comes around and that is the way it works is that you do not do to Other of what you want done to you and as stated id the Holy Bible not that I am a Bibliologist but “What you do to the lease of my Children you do to me says the Lords and the or the Laws of commandment of the Bible.

This is the whole story of a Attitude derange person trying to Screw Innocent People of their Money for his own desires and not to help anybody else along the way to Success. With that said there are an awful lot of scammers of there so please stick to you guts feeling and avoid those traps that has those sneaky set for rip off business with no intention of helping you out along the way . They will away be around because that is what they do so please be Careful and there are always Straight and reliable people that are willing to help and those are the people that you want to do Business with.

Conquering your fear and Anxiety!It is a known fact that a large percentage of the population in the world are dealing with Fear and Anxiety most of their lives. It has become a reality known to the world for quite sometimes now but is actually getting worst by the day and most definitely in the big City all over the world. There exist a saying that we in general use by saying that “We can’t Trust anyone anymore or we just can depend on anybody to do it right” and of course there are some truth to that, but there is also a sense of Mistrust that exist within us from different reasons. Let say that you hire someone to do job for you and that you want to Remodel a whole new Kitchen well if you live in an area that you don’t even know your neighbor, the only place that you will search for someone respectable and has done that type of work before for so many years and that he is fully insured and Guaranteeing is work, well that would be through the newspaper ads in your area that you’d be looking for that someone. Or you could look through the Yellow pages of the Phone book or it you know of someone of who had already had some work done by so and so lately well you can always ask them about this contractor’s work and if they were satisfied or not, that would certainly be a big help and make it easier on your choice of trying to find the right contractor. But there is a lot more to that, see the people that were happy with their job but perhaps wasn’t as much of a Fuzzy Job as Changing an Old Kitchen room into all brand spanking new Cabinets and Granite Counter Tops, back splash wall tiles the whole nine yards. You are talking about Beaucoup Bucks here and sensitive work involve. So that doesn’t necessarily mean that the new Kitchen Individuals would be please with using the same contractors and they’ll also be worries if this Guy knows what he is doing even though he says he does and this could cause a lot of Fear and Anxiety, way before and during the Job’s Process. Well well you’ve just said it of course it is FEAR, Fear is one of those Huge Monsters that works inside of every Human Being it is also that Little Unknown Voice that is telling us not to do so and there come all kinds of excuses to avoid from taking action.

So since it is a lot easier not to take action because we are afraid of the outcome that we do not even know what the outcome would be then we are quickly driven away from taking action and take the of that little deceiving little advice and do not take action on what we had intention to.

As we all know that to take action on anything or everything that we are very interested in doing to improve our way of living and enterprises that would be Beneficial and helpful and that most of all is a Must to really find out the outcome if we could to succeed or Not is to First make Decision.

We are tend to try to make the right decision and by doing so we want to take a little time to think about it if we are going to make the right decision or not and this where the choice to take Action is being turn OFF. We either take to much time to decide on are Choices to try figuring out should do it now or should I wait for the next Opportunity and Improvement.

So let it Slide by and decide to hold on to it for now which makes it a good excuse and then forget about it and do not take any Action and stay as the same point that we are at and never find out if it would have works out or wondering what the Outcome would have been.

Decision making is actually the first process on taking Action and as we keep putting it back and wait for the next best thing to come along and the process keeps repeating itself over and over again and there is no way of knowing and Improving in taking action for Combating Fear and that is how we avoid Changes in our Lives.

By making a decision for taking Action we need to work on a daily routine kindda way to improve our Fear and stop being afraid of taking steps that leads us Fear Free and also eliminates Stress and Anxiety that we need to overcome at anything that keeps us from doing what we want.

First time for everything………….

Here I am again and today I want to talk with you about everything or anything for that matter about new things that we do not often realize that it is actually the First times and first things that we do and for example as every new day that is given to us is a brand new starting point which is getting up and out of bed first and move on into in to that new day without realizing that we had to get up First and move on through out the with still a lot more First Time avenues of our daily chores all day long.

It is certainly not always easy to first get up and get ready to face that Brand new day there are many time that I just want to Stay in bed and keep on sleeping a little longer Specially if I was having a Beautiful Dream if you know what I mean!!!!!!LOL

That where it becomes a responsibility to go to our jobs and whatever is that out there that has to do with our Living Standards.

I guess what I am saying here is that we all need Improvement for every aspect and situations of our lives and that because we have already do the First time thing of whatever it is we need to move on to the 2^nd step and 3^rd step and so on to conquer our goals and desire of thing and what want in life and as we all know it it isn’t always that simple but we have to keep fighting until we get it right to get all the Bonuses that we deserve and only You and I can do it for ourselves.

Before I finish off for today’s post here is one of my best First time thing that I really truly love and it is a little Baby! and while at it well every pregnant women for the First Time there see again this is their First Time being pregnant right well they also have their First New Born Baby for the First time and this quite a wonderful experience if you ask me to get back to the little on itself well there are a lot of first time things going on and on.

We are talking about a first seeing the light of day their first slap

Their first bath their first little clothing their first tooth their first steps and so on the list is almost endless but here are the beauties and how proud they to have succeeded doing it like for example their first steps very important standing up straight on their two little legs and then their first tooth coming out but with a lot of pain to endure before it happens though but you can feel the relief from their smiles and the same goes with the First word or words out of their you can see them trying so hard and on and on.

The great thing that see with our own eye is “Success” their work and try and never give up until the get it not matter how many times they fall they just get up a try again and that my Friends is the Best Example to follow that leads to “Success” and it doesn’t have anything with Money whatsoever.

Hello Everyone. I am really excited today becuase Gaetan took Action. In fact I had been hard on him since the day he joined the king of blogging workshop. As you know I have personally worked very hard to make sure that no one who attended this course is left behind. I had been on everyones case in whatever way I can to make sure that each one comes out successful in this. You can Srini,its easy for you to get on a phone call once a week and do the preaching.. you are right, I am not living your life. Every person is different, every situation is different. Circumstances play a big role. The way I understand life is there are challenges yet there are triumphs. We need to focus on triumphs and forget the challenges. If the goal is big the hurdles do not matter. Bottom line..those people who don’t give up are the ones who will succeed. Moving on… I challenged Gaetan to make one post on his blog. It all started in 1969 !

My first pay Check…………….

Yes 1969 was a full year for me alright and that was the year the I Graduated from

High School got my First Car very Important and also got Married and completely move

out of my Mom and Dad’s House and into the real life of adventure of good times and

hard times and into the unknown World of sorts of surprises head on and that was the

beginning of adulthood and Maturity and the start of it all.

Being the son of a Farmer I had not gone far anywhere else in the real World of pushing

and shoving except of being at Home most of the time and running the farm with a few of

my other brothers but I was the one with most skill to run the farm equipments and my

brothers where better of keeping away from the machineries which they did not like to

much anyway and I really love using the tractor and the rest of the chores with those

farming tools it felt like playing games to me.

But there was a lot more to it with farming there is a lot to take care of but those days

was pretty much the only way to survive the tough times, we had a few cows a few pigs,

chickens, sheeps and on and on where there wasn’t enough of just the cattle to make a

living well a little of each kept up fed without having to buy much from the grocery stores.

And of course then the Government and the Church believe in having a lot of kids to

populate the Country I believe because all of the families were huge that I remember

were from 8 to 22 kids man that is a lot of food and clothing needed so a whole family

had to chip in and help everyone well almost everybody hard to work and no play Station.

So one by one after finishing up schooling either graduated or not we all at to move on

with our own life and that mean that you needed to find a job and move on to whatever

was out there for grab and to be honest with I would say that we are pretty much in the

same difficult times now that my Parents were back then event thought they had not much

chance for a good education back then they had to do with what was available to them.

Back to me well I Graduated from High School in 1969 and thank to my Parents that push me

to finish it off because I wasn’t much of a school boy but being young and ignorant

education didn’t not mean much to me perhaps because I had been working on the farm all

along and it did not seem that important to me unless I would I loved Politics which I

didn’t so I guess that I was setting up for physical work and that exactly what I did.

Mean while on my last year of school I was preparing for Marriage with my Wife and still

my Wife for the end of August on Labor Day weekend which turn out to be a huge reception

and we had made enough money so we could go to where we wanted after the wedding and our

plan was to go to Connecticut cause that where most people were going back then and there

a lot of Factories and plenty of work but actually the work force was somehow slowing

down at that time but compare it was fairly good and I had a Sister that had been living

there for quite a while and that gave us a start by Moving in with them for a while.

So far that was a lot of improvement on the change of life style and onto responsibilities

for a young boy who spend his whole childhood on a Farm to moving to the Big Cities at

least they seem to be Big to me then.

I had work a few job here and there in between graduation and marriage and save up enough

money to buy a car with the help of my Mother of course and there she was shopping for

car that day and I ended up buying a Rambler oh my God did that felt great owning that

car that certainly was a joyful day and I reall love that car for being young in Love

getting ready to be Married Man was I happy.

Well of course I wasn’t all that responsible yet and very neglectful still and needed

improvement on those anyway but after all I was still young you know and never had

own anything before specially my own car to drive where ever I wanted to and that is

pretty much what me and my Wife decided to do and ended up in Plainville, Connecticut

for Thanks Giving 1969 and from it was time to start looking for a real Job.

After the Holliday I went on the Hunt for a job and as I mention above jobs were getting

pretty scares by that time around 1970 there was a lot of job cuts, layoff, shop closing

so it really wasn’t the best timing for jobs but there was absolutely none where I was

from so I stood a better chance anyway plus I had a chance to stay at no cost for a while.

There some job openings at GE “General Electric” which was about 3 miles from my

sister’s house a very short drive but I had also gone a few places before and filling

out applications but it didn’t sound to promising till after about 3 days later for the

GE application I received a call from them to in for a interview and answering question

according to what I could do and knew on certain things that went with that job position

well without dought I got Hire on the spot and that was also a Happy Day for me again.

I had a choice to start right away or wait til the next day well let me tell you that I

did not waist time and started right away and I gave a call to my Wife and to work I went.

The funny thing thought is that the work I was doing was so easy I couldn’t call it work

but as long as the pay was there I did not mind.

I started off with a $3.50 per Hr. which was decent then and kept going up fairly quickly

but the problem was that I had to wait and work two weeks before I see any money and

believe me those two weeks seems to be very long weeks perhaps the longest weeks of my life.

Finally there came the day that I received the company check from GE for a 40hrs week pay

can you imagine how I felt holding what seem to me a Huge amount of money for the first

time in my life for 40hrs labor at $3.50 per hrs my God I taught I was in Heaven holding

the Bank in my hands what a feeling and these are Supper Memories it feels just great

just to recall on those Happy Times.

I hope you enjoy reading this post as much as I enjoy holding that first check in my hand

that made me feel important and feel special being paid for the work that I had done.
